Scope of Services
The Master Key Handyman & Repair provides home maintenance and handyman-level services, including interior and exterior painting, drywall repair and patching, flooring installation, pressure washing, and general handyman work. We do not perform, advertise, or accept work that requires a licensed general contractor, electrician, plumber, or HVAC technician under Florida law, and we do not represent ourselves as holding any such license.
No Guarantee of Exact Material Matches
All patch and repair work involves integrating new materials with existing, lived-in surfaces. Due to natural age, sunlight, and everyday exposure, exact matches for paint, wall texture, tile, and grout are not always possible, though every effort is made to achieve the closest seamless transition. Estimates & Quotes
Estimates provided by The Master Key Handyman & Repair, whether given by phone, text, or email, are good-faith assessments based on the information available at the time and are subject to change once the full scope of a project is confirmed in person.
